Head MicroGel Instinct Tennis Racquet The Head MicroGel Instinct is the latest version of Head’s Instinct series, following in the ‘tweener footsteps of the Liquidmetal and Flexpoint Instinct.
Head has kept most specifications consistent with the Flexpoint and Liquidmetal versions, but now with the added benefit of MicroGel technology. A nicely blended mix of power and control remains a feature of the MicroGel Instinct, with the enhanced vibration filtering characteristics of MicroGel. MicroGel offers aggressive, competitive players ultimate feel, unique touch, and added stability. When combined with carbon composite fibers in the racquet head, MicroGel deforms and compresses upon ball impact, uniformly absorbing and distributing the impact load around the entire frame, creating a rock-solid feel while offering extra stability against twisting.
