Unique Foam Tennis Balls - 3 Pack - TPB-3 Perfect teaching tool for juniors and beginners. Light and bouncy balls simulate actual tennis ball bounce. Practice indoors against walls. 3 balls per package. Customer Review: Unique Foam Tennis Balls Having hit with some foam tennis balls with a friend and enjoyed the diversion, I decided I would like to buy some to use with teaching kids to play tennis. The ones my friend had were about the size of a softball, bounced predictably, and moved in slow motion. They were fun to practice big strokes with. So I checked out the offerings. The Unique Foam balls sounded and appeared to be similar to those I had used, but the advertisement did not mention how large they were. I decided to try them, thinking they were probably larger than a regular tennis ball. That was a mistake. When they came, they were the same size as a tennis ball. I still thought they might be usable, but when I tried them out, I was not pleased with them at all. They do not bounce as well as the larger ones–that is, not as lively, a lower bounce. Because they are smaller, they travel through the air a bit faster; and what makes them almost useless for my purposes–they are not truly round, so the direction of the bounce is unpredictable.

Make an appointment with a physiotherapist if the pain does not go away within a day or two. If you are active and play sports regularly, you can sustain a rotator cuff injury. Tennis, golf and basketball players are particularly susceptible to this type of injury as they rely heavily on the shoulder muscles - imagine the muscle power needed to serve a tennis ball at the incredible speeds recorded at top level competition! The force of such actions can also cause impingement, shoulder muscles swelling and pinching the nerves on top of the shoulder. This causes “electric shock” jolts of pain all the way down the arm to the elbow (sometimes past it). Pins and needles and numbness in the fingers can also happen. Any symptoms such as these should never be ignored as medical treatment may be necessary. Again, a physiotherapist is a good person to go to as he will refer you to a clinician if needs be. The shoulder is a very mobile joint, but can be unstable. Some people’s shoulders dislocat …

Tretorn Micro X Tennis Ball Bucket of 90 - Two Tone Tretorn’s micro cell tennis ball, the Tretorn Micro X, is neither pressurized nor pressureless. By utilizing over 700 million balloon-like microcells that don’t lose pressure, the Micro X ball combines the best of both worlds, resulting in a tour performance ball that does not lose bounce or performance over time. This two-tone white and yellow version of the popular Tretorn Micro X is a great aid in teaching spin control, and also helps distinguish your balls from everyone else’s at the courts. Because Tretorn Micro X balls do not rely on gas pressure to maintain their bounce, the aspect of the balls ‘going flat’ is completely removed. The patented leak-proof design means Tretorn Micro X tennis balls remain playable for extremely long periods of time, store well, and don’t require chargers or other leak reduction accessories. As a result, Tretorn Micro X balls are a favorite among tennis coaches, schools, tennis clubs, and recreational players. Each plastic bucket contains 90 two-tone Tretorn Micro X balls.

The ball is hit back and forth with a small paddle shaped racket or bat by the players till one of them misses. The composition and structure of the bat determines a great deal the outcome of a game. Paddles with differing qualities have been invented for players with different playing styles. You have to find out your strong and weak points with regard to the game before going out to buy one. The racket you are using should suit your playing style. Paddles come in different shapes but oval shape is the most common and preferred. Wood is the most commonly used material for manufacturing these paddles. The face of the bat is made with rubber or sponge which is either smooth or pimpled in texture. As per the guidelines of the International Table Tennis Association, the maximum thickness of this coating should not exceed four millimeters on any part of the racket. Different kinds of paddles offer different levels of friction and playing properties. The color, structure, smoothness of sur …
