Two days after I recieved the sunglasses, the earpiece broke off. No big deal, they have a lifetime breakage warranty. So I contacted the company, explained what happened, and they no only sent me a replacement pair, but also a second pair of a different frame/lens combination, and two protective bags/lens cleaners (the material works for both of those functions). I thought, wow, that’s some great customer service. So they have that going for them.
