Pronation is a special type of arm movement that allows you to accelerate your tennis racket through the ball, increasing the amount of power and spin you can generate. All advanced players pronate when they serve, but very few club-level players pronate properly. Let’s start with a basic explanation of what exactly pronation is. Place your hands out in front of your body and point your palms at each other. Now rotate your forearm and wrist together, as one piece, so that your palms are facing the floor. This simple motion of your arm is pronation; the act of turning your palm to face away from you. If you rotate in the opposite direction so that your palms are facing the ceiling, then you are “supinating” your arm, which is the opposite of pronating. Another good way to understand the motion of pronation involves your cell phone. Take out your phone and hold it to your ear like you were talking to someone. Pretend that your computer monitor is a person and you want to show them who y …

This does not need to be the case if you are willing to try new things. Martina Navratilova at 46 years old once said: “Life. We’re lucky to be here. It’s about learning and our time is limited. I’m still learning, to do better, still studying strategy. I’m technically better now than I was in my heyday.” If you have the basics of hitting a tennis forehand in place and now you want to improve it to another level try these tips: - For a solid compact swing, keep your right elbow close to your tummy at impact. - As you follow through make sure that the racket face is up in front of you and the contact surface is facing your opponent on its extension and rotational movement upward. - Make sure your stroke finishes shoulder high. Your arm at the elbow/forearm and your hand/racket form two 90 degree angles. - If you want to increase the speed of your stroke DO NOT hold the racket throat at the end of the swing with your non dominant hand. Let the racket head speed decrease naturally as you …

Tennis Shoes: The Lost Scrolls (Tennis Shoes Adventure Series) Tennis Shoes: The Lost Scrolls (Tennis Shoes Adventure Series) Harry and Meagan face the awesome challenges of courage and survival in the hostile world of Jerusalem in 70 A.D.
Customer Review: Incredible
An excellent adventure continues from where “The Sacred Quest” left off. More characters enter the story along with plenty more of action and characteristic snappy humor. There is even a little romance as new characters are introduced.

Perhaps one of Heimerdinger’s best novel, this has everything that is necessary for a great story (see all that is mentioned above.) Now that everything had been set up in the prior novel, the story truly juices itself up with excellent plot and intrigue.
