WILSON U.S. OPEN TENNIS BALLS, EXTRA DUTY-DZ. (4 TUBES OF 3 EACH) Since 1979 Wilson has held the distinction of being the official ball of the U.S. Open. Constructed of premium high-grade wool that is woven into a thicker, denser felt, the Wilson U.S. Open tennis ball is known for its superior playability, consistency and durability. Customer Review: NOT “One Dozen” cans as normally marketed! NOTE that this product is NOT being marketed in the way that any other tennis balls are ever sold. I saw “One Dozen” and thought that I was buying “One Dozen Cans” because that is how everyone else sells tennis balls. DO NOT FALL FOR MY SAME MISTAKE. This is only “One Dozen” Balls. They should not be allowed to market this this way. I now spent WAY TOO MUCH on tennis balls (after s&h). Customer Review: beware that these are only 4 cans of balls I read the item description too fast and now I bought the most expensive tennis balls!

BALL TENNIS YELLOW PENN CAN 3 Penn Championship Tennis Ball XD, 3 balls/can Customer Review: Penn Championship Extra Duty Tennis Balls - 24 Can Case These are the biggest crooks. Amazons should have made them send every one of us what they had on sale not just refunding our money of nine dollars I believe. Crooked crooked, crooked do not do business with them. Kenneth C. Williams Sr. M.D. PhD Esq And Truck Driver Customer Review: Mistake Corrected Quickly & Amicably by Bic I think that the best test of a transaction is not whether everything goes well, but how a problem with an order is resolved. I viewed the original offer of 24 cans for $5.00 over several days before placing an order. It looked too good to be true - and it was. Bic responded quickly, the problem was resolved immediately and quite professionally. However it would not have been an issue if Amazon and Bic had a better process for checking problematic situations before they escalate. A simple email stating that there was a problem with the order would have sufficed. The “Keep It Simple” policy applies.
