Babolat Aero Storm 2008 Tennis Racquet - 1450 The Babolat Aero Storm 2008 is a new addition to Babolat’s highly popular Aero line of racquets. The 2008 version of the Aero Storm is a lighter weight, more maneuverable option to the Aero Storm Tour (as well as being lighter than the 2007 version of the Aero Storm.) Still a racquet for players with fast swing speeds that generate their own power with a wing-like cross-section. Babolat Drive Z Lite (Cortex) Tennis Racquet - 1407 The Babolat Drive Z-Lite with Cortex is now offered in a new cosmetic for 2007. The specification is exactly the same as the previous-generation Drive Z-Lite Cortex, utilizing the Cortex vibration filter at the top of the handle. Cortex is used in several of Babolat’s players racquets to enhance feel by cancelling only the 2 highest vibration frequencies. Only those frequencies that enhance feel are permitted to pass through the Cortex filter. Other than the addition of the Cortex filter (and a snazzy new paint scheme) Babolat has kept the specifications on this new version of the Drive Z-Lite w/ Cortex the same as the outgoing Drive Z-Lite. The Babolat Drive Z-Lite still has the feel of a “players” racquet with a solid, stable, comfortable feel, but with a broader appeal due to its lighter weight. Geared to the intermediate to advanced player possessing a longer, faster swing, who will appreciate the slightly lighter and more maneuverable feel versus the regular Pure Drive.
Racquet Specifications
- Headsize: 100 sq. in.
- Length: 27.00 in.
- Weight (strung): 9.85 oz.
- Stiffness (Babolat RDC): 67
- Balance: 14.13 in. Head Heavy
- Cross Section: 24mm Head/22mm Throat
- Swingweight: 305 kg*sq. cm
- String Pattern: 16×19
- Grip:Babolat Woofer

Customer Review: Like a pro! An excellent racquet for my 5 years old son. It looks like real Roddicks’s racquet. Its 23 1/2″ lenght is perfect for kids that came from a 21″, not to much as a 25″ or an insufficient 23″. Its 220 gr.weight is good enough for a stronger play against other 23″ Wilson or Prince racquets, they appear lighter under 200 gr. If you want to see your 5 or 6 years old kid like a pro in the Tennis Academy with a different racquet, buy a Babolat. Most kids have the same Wilson or Prince ones, I know they are cheaper, but…..
