The first is of course to practice, practice and more practice. The other thing that you can do is to find out how you can improve your tennis training. When you tie in some knowledge with your actual practice, you improve. The improvement is gradual because your brain assimilates information gradually, and it is not surprising if it takes repetition to do that.
