Benefit: Hitting the slice backhand allows you to hit a controlled shot back to our opponent if they have pulled you wide with their low, short ball. Babolat Aero Storm 2008 Tennis Racquet - 1450 The Babolat Aero Storm 2008 is a new addition to Babolat’s highly popular Aero line of racquets. The 2008 version of the Aero Storm is a lighter weight, more maneuverable option to the Aero Storm Tour (as well as being lighter than the 2007 version of the Aero Storm.) Essentially a lighter weight update to the AeroPro Control, with the addition of Cortex vibration filtering technology. Still a racquet for players with fast swing speeds that generate their own power with a wing-like cross-section. This more aerodynamic profile allows the racquet to cut through the air up to 15% more efficiently, thus allowing for more racquet head acceleration. A nice option for the intermediate to advanced player looking for a slightly easier to swing option in the Babolat Storm family of racquets.
